Stephanie Lee is an associate in Weil’s IP, Technology & Science Litigation practice based in New York. She is experienced in patent infringement disputes on behalf of companies in the consumer products and life sciences industries, among others.
Stephanie has served on trial teams representing Altria in offensive and defensive cases adverse to Juul at the U.S. International Trade Commission relating to smokeless e-vapor technology, as well as inter partes review proceedings at the PTAB.
Stephanie received her J.D from Brooklyn Law School, where she was Executive Notes Editor of the Brooklyn Law Review. She earned her B.A. in neuroscience and behavior from Columbia University.
