Shuting is an associate in the Tax department of the Munich office. She advises on national and international tax law focusing on M&A and private equity investments as well as on tax-efficient reorganizations.
Shuting studied law at China University of Political Science and Law (Bachelor of Law, 2014) and holds two LL.M. degrees from Ludwig-Maximilians-University of Munich (2017 and 2018). She became licensed as a certified tax advisor in 2025. Prior to joining Weil, Shuting worked for several years in the Tax department of a leading German law firm and two Big Four companies.
Shuting is fluent in Chinese, German and English.
