Sarah Litke
Sarah Litke is an associate in Weil’s Private Equity practice and is based in Los Angeles. Sarah participates in the representation of private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies with respect to mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and general corporate matters.
Sarah received her J.D., Order of the Coif, from the University of California, Los Angeles School of Law, where she was awarded the Masin Family Academic Gold Award for Business Strategy. She received her B.A., from New York University, where she was a member of Phi Beta Kappa.
