Biography
Ryan Federbush is counsel in Weil’s Private Funds practice and is based in New York. Ryan participates in the representation of private investment fund sponsors in the formation, structuring and negotiation of their investment funds.
Ryan received his J.D., cum laude, from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law and his B.A. from University of Wisconsin – Madison.
