Rina Kaur is a Senior Knowledge and Practice Development Counsel in the Banking & Finance team, based in London. Rina provides a wide range of advice and support in relation to general banking and finance matters on a variety of cross-border financings, with a particular focus on acquisition and leveraged finance transactions.
Prior to joining Weil, Rina was a senior professional support lawyer in the banking team of a magic circle law firm, covering corporate treasury and investment grade financing, leveraged finance, infrastructure financing, real estate finance and restructuring, and was based in their London office but also provided support to their global network of offices. Rina has previously practised as a transaction lawyer in London, Singapore and Sydney, with her experience covering acquisition and leveraged finance, real estate finance, insurance specific financings, aircraft finance, debt restructurings and refinancings, as well as corporate rescues.
