Reagan Mitchell
Reagan Mitchell is an associate in Weil’s Private Funds practice and is based in New York. Reagan participates in the representation of private investment fund sponsors in the formation, structuring and negotiation of their investment funds.
Reagan received her J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School, where she served as Authorities Editor of the Journal of Transnational Law, and her B.A. from Vanderbilt University. She served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Judge John Kness in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois and has worked in the Stanton Foundation First Amendment Clinic, focusing on constitutional litigation, authoring an amicus brief for the U.S. Supreme Court and receiving the Carl J. Ruskowski Clinical Legal Education Award.
