Raquel Greenberg is an associate in Weil’s Private Funds practice and is based in New York. Raquel participates in the representation of private investment fund sponsors in the formation, structuring and negotiation of their investment funds.
Raquel received her J.D. from Duke University School of Law and her B.A. from the University of Southern California.
