Biography
Priyanka Bagrodia is an associate in Weil’s Private Funds practice and is based in New York. Priyanka participates in the representation of private investment fund sponsors in the formation, structuring and negotiation of their investment funds.
Priyanka joined Weil as a summer associate in 2020.
Priyanka received her J.D. from Harvard Law School and her B.S. from Georgetown University.
