Noah Kreger is an associate in Weil’s Private Equity practice and is based in New York. Noah participates in the representation of private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies with respect to mergers, acquisitions and divestitures.
Noah received his J.D. from Howard University School of Law, where he served as Senior Notes & Comments Editor for the Howard Law Journal, and his B.A. from the University of Minnesota. During law school, he held internships at Colgate-Palmolive Company and the Federal Trade Commission.
