Biography
Nneka Ukpaby is an associate in Weil’s Private Equity practice and is based in Dallas. Nneka participates in the representation of public and private companies, and private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, with respect to mergers, acquisitions and divestitures.
Nneka has been part of the teams advising:
- DT Midstream, Inc. in its $1.2 billion acquisition of a portfolio of three FERC-regulated natural gas transmission pipelines from ONEOK, Inc.
- PSG Equity in its acquisitions of Elements451, Glasswall Holdings Limited and Uptick Holdings Australia; and 2ndWave Software in its acquisition of JAMS from Fortra (a portfolio company of TA Associates)
Nneka received her J.D., cum laude, from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law and her M.P.H. and B.A., summa cum laude, from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
