Nicolas Pollack is an associate in Weil’s Private Funds practice and is based in New York. Nicolas participates in the representation of private investment fund sponsors in the formation, structuring and negotiation of their investment funds.
Nicolas received his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law and his B.A., with distinction, from Duke University.
