Nathalie Schoenfeld is an associate in Weil’s Private Funds practice and is based in New York. Nathalie participates in the representation of private investment fund sponsors in the formation, structuring and negotiation of their investment funds.
Nathalie received her J.D., cum laude, from Fordham University School of Law, where she served as a Saff Member on the Fordham Urban Law Journal and was a member of the Dispute Resolution Society. She received her B.A., cum laude, from Barnard College.
