Biography
Nadja Badarne is an associate in the Corporate practice of the Frankfurt office. She advises in the area of private equity.
Nadja studied law at the University of Mannheim. As part of the university’s combined program in Business Law, she obtained a Bachelor of Laws in 2018 and passed the First State Examination in 2022. She completed her legal traineeship in Mannheim. She was admitted to practice in Germany in 2026.
She is fluent in German and English.
