Megan Crocco is an associate in Weil’s Mergers & Acquisitions practice and is based in New York. Megan participates in the representation of public and private companies in mergers, acquisitions and divestitures.
Megan received her J.D. from New York Law School, magna cum laude, where she was a member of the New York Law School Law Review, and her B.S. from The University of Scranton, summa cum laude.
