Biography
Megan Chapelle is an associate in Weil’s Mergers & Acquisitions practice and is based in New York. Megan participates in the representation of public and private companies in mergers, acquisitions and divestitures.
Megan received her J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law, where she served as the Production & Technology Editor and on the Article Review Committee for the Virginia Law & Business Review. She received her B.A., with Distinction, from the University of Michigan.
