Matthew Dugoni is an associate in Weil’s Corporate Department and is based in Silicon Valley. Matthew participates in the representation of public and private companies and private equity firms in a variety of transactional matters, including domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, equity investments and divestitures.
Matthew joined Weil as a summer associate in 2020.
Matthew received his J.D. with a concentration in Business Law from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, where he was a recipient of the CALI Award for Legal Research and Writing I and served as a Staff Editor of the Hastings Law Journal. He received his B.B.A., cum laude, from the University of San Diego, where he was a recipient of the Alcala Scholarship.
