Biography
Madleen Düdder is an associate in the Corporate practice of the Munich office. She focuses on domestic and cross-border private equity and M&A transactions as well as on corporate law.
Since joining Weil, Madleen has advised:
- TDR Capital in the €500 million sale of NKD Group, a European apparel and homeware retailer, to Mr Price Group, one of the largest retail groups in South Africa
Madleen studied Economic Law at the University of Kassel (LL.B., 2007) and European Economic Law at the University of Lund, Sweden (LL.M., 2012).
Madleen is fluent in German and English and has basic knowledge of French and Swedish.
