Biography
Madleen Düdder is an associate in the Corporate Department (Private Equity) of the Munich office. She focuses on domestic and cross-border private equity and M&A transactions as well as on corporate law.
Madleen studied Economic Law at the University of Kassel (LL.B., 2007) and European Economic Law at the University of Lund, Sweden (LL.M., 2012).
Madleen is fluent in German and English and has basic knowledge of French and Swedish.
