Biography
Lucas Valio Ottowitz is an associate in the Corporate department of the Munich office.
Lucas studied law at Ludwig-Maximilians-University Munich (law degree 2021). He was admitted to practice in Germany in 2023.
Since joining Weil, Lucas has advised, among others:
- Lone Star Funds on the €4 billion acquisition of ContiTech, a provider of specialized rubber and thermoplastic products and systems, from Continental AG
He is fluent in German, English, Portuguese and Spanish.
