Lauren Latino is an associate in Weil’s Private Funds practice and is based in New York. Lauren participates in the representation of private investment fund sponsors in the formation, structuring and negotiation of their investment funds.
Lauren received her J.D. from Tulane University Law School where she was inducted into the Order of the Coif, and her B.A., summa cum laude, from Louisiana State University.
