Biography
Juliet Sato is an associate in Weil’s Private Equity practice and is based in New York. Juliet participates in the representation of public and private companies, and private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, with respect to mergers, acquisitions and divestitures.
Juliet has been part of the teams advising:
- Blackstone, along with Greater Sum Ventures, in its preferred equity investment in Inhabit
- Clayton Dubilier & Rice in the merger of its portfolio company Cynosure with Lutronic Corporation
- TruArc Partners in the sale of AI Fire in a transaction that implies an enterprise value over $1 billion
Juliet received her J.D., magna cum laude, from Brooklyn Law School where she served as an Articles Editor for the Brooklyn Law Review and her B.A., summa cum laude, from CUNY Hunter College.
