Jonas Volk
Jonas Volk is an associate in the Corporate practice of the Munich office. He focuses on advising domestic and international corporate and financial investors on private equity transactions, M&A processes as well as general corporate matters.
Jonas studied law at the University of Augsburg (First State Examination in 2021) and earned his LL.M. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law (2019). He completed his legal clerkship at the Regional Court in Darmstadt and gained experience at other international law firms. He was admitted to practice in Germany in 2024.

- Tikehau Capital on its investment in TTSP HWP Group, a technical advisory firm specializing in the design and engineering of complex data centers, and further add-ons for the group*
- Bregal Milestone on its investment in meteoviva GmbH, a leading provider of energy management solutions for commercial properties*
- Aluflexpack on the divestment of its European wet pet food packaging business*
- 3i Group on the sale of its investment in Weener Plastics, a provider of innovative plastic packaging solutions*
