Biography
Jessica Thompson is an associate in Weil’s Private Equity practice and is based in Silicon Valley. Jessica participates in the representation of private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies with respect to mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and general corporate matters.
Jessica received her J.D., cum laude, from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law, where she was the Deputy Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Technology and Intellectual Property and was awarded the Harold D. Shapiro Prize. She received her B.S. from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.
