Representative experience as part of a team includes advising:
- Advent International on the financing for the take private acquisition of u-blox
- Ardian on the PIK refinancing and senior amend & extend transaction in respect of the Dedalus Group
- KLAR Partners on the financing for the acquisition of Ventro Group
- Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan on the financing of its portfolio company Busy Bees
