James Thompson is an associate in Weil’s Private Funds practice and is based in New York. James participates in the representation of private investment fund sponsors in the formation, structuring and negotiation of their investment funds.
James received his J.D. from Boston University School of Law, where he served as the Symposium Editor of the Boston University International Law Journal, and he received his B.A. from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
