Jacqueline Kindler is an associate in Weil’s Private Funds practice and is based in New York. Jacqueline participates in the representation of private investment fund sponsors in the formation, structuring and negotiation of their investment funds.
Jacqueline received her J.D. from Brooklyn Law School, where she was a Staff Editor and then an Associate Managing Editor of the Brooklyn Law Review, as well as a member of the Moot Court Honor Society, Appellate Division, and she received her B.A., cum laude from The Ohio State University.
