Biography
Jack Grant is an associate in Weil’s Private Equity practice and is based in Dallas. Jack participates in the representation of private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies with respect to mergers, acquisitions and divestitures.
Jack has been part of the teams advising:
- Paceline Equity Partners in its investment in Diverzify Buyer Parent
- PSG and LivTech in its acquisition of Alora Healthcare Systems; Protecht Group in its acquisition of VISO TRUST; and Sign In Solutions Inc. in its acquisition of The Receptionist
Jack joined Weil as a summer associate in 2024.
He received his J.D., magna cum laude, from SMU Dedman School of Law, where he served as an editor for the SMU Science and Technology Law Review, and his B.S., magna cum laude, from Arizona State University.
