Isabelle Fortin is an associate in the Litigation Department of Weil’s Paris office.
Her practice focuses on complex civil, commercial and criminal litigation, specifically on cases related to corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, share transfers, management liabilities – including bankruptcy and securities market wrongdoings – and breaches of contract.
She joined the Firm in 2006 after 16 years of experience in another litigation firm in Paris.
She is a graduate of the University of Paris II Assas with a DEA of General Private Law and a Masters of “Judicials Careers” and has been an attorney at law of the Paris Bar since 1990.
