Helen Li is an associate in Weil’s Private Equity practice and is based in New York. Helen participates in the representation of private equity firms and their portfolio companies with respect to mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and general corporate matters.
Helen received her J.D. from Duke University School of Law, where she was Editor in Chief of Law & Contemporary Problems, her M.A. from Duke University, and her B.A., magna cum laude, from Cornell University. Prior to joining Weil, Helen was an intern for the Honorable Gregory H. Woods of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.
