Hannah is an associate in Weil’s Antitrust practice in London. She advises on all aspects of EU and UK competition law including merger control, foreign subsidies, and general counselling and compliance.
Representative experience as part of a team includes advising:
- ChampionX on its $7.8 billion sale to Schlumberger.
- The Boeing Company on its $8.3 billion acquisition of Spirit AeroSystems.
- Microsoft on its investment in OpenAI.
- Microsoft on its $68.7 billion acquisition of Activision Blizzard, Inc.
- Brookfield on its £3.3 billion sale of Student Roost.
