Eric Westerhold is an associate in the Patent Litigation practice based in Washington D.C. He has experience serving on Weil teams representing technology clients in district court patent litigation, 337 investigations before the U.S. International Trade Commission, and inter partes reviews before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board.
Eric received his J.D., cum laude, from Georgetown University Law Center, where he was President of the Student Intellectual Property Law Association and an Articles Editor for the Georgetown Law Technology Review. He received his B.A. in mathematics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
