He advises issuers, underwriters, private equity sponsors, investment banks and alternative capital investors on international capital markets and cross-border leveraged finance transactions, with a particular focus on public and private high yield debt offerings, acquisition financings and liability management transactions.

Representative experience as part of a team, including prior to joining Weil, includes advising:

• Stonepeak in connection with the financing of its $3.1 billion acquisition of Air Transport Services Group (ATSG), a leading provider of aircraft leasing and air cargo transportation services.
• Brookfield Asset Management in connection with the financing of its $1.7 billion acquisition of nVent Electric plc’s Thermal Management business.
• Stonepeak in connection with the Chapter 11 restructuring and subsequent take-private acquisition of Akumin Inc., which resulted in the deleveraging of Akumin’s approx. $1.6 billion balance sheet by approx. $600 million.
• Circana, a portfolio company of Hellman & Friedman, in connection with the financing of its acquisition of NCSolutions and Nielsen’s Marketing Mix Modeling business.

Prior to joining Weil, Dimitris was a finance associate at two leading law firms in New York and has completed a secondment at ATLAS SP Partners, the asset-backed and structured finance platform of Apollo Global Management, where he supported the firm’s investment and financing activities.
