Devante Timms is an associate in Weil’s Private Funds practice and is based in New York. Devante participates in the representation of private investment fund sponsors in the formation, structuring and negotiation of their investment funds.
Devante received his J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School and his B.A. from Cornell University.
