David Rudolph is an associate in Weil’s Mergers & Acquisitions practice and is based in New York. David participates in the representation of public and private companies in mergers, acquisitions and divestitures.
David received his J.D., cum laude, from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where he served as an Articles Editor for Cardozo Law Review. He received his B.S. from the University of Southern California.
