Biography
Danielle Palmer is an associate in Weil’s Private Equity practice and is based in Boston. Danielle participates in the representation of public and private companies, and private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, with respect to mergers, acquisitions and divestitures.
Danielle has been part of the teams advising:
- Advent International and its portfolio company Xplor Technologies in Xplor’s merger with Clubessential Holdings
- Bain Capital in its investment in HSO
- Staple Street Capital Group, LLC in its sale of Eastern Dental Management
Danielle received her J.D., summa cum laude, from Suffolk University Law School, where she served as Associate Executive Editor of the Suffolk University Law Review. She received her B.A., summa cum laude, with Distinction in History, from Colby College, where she graduated Phi Beta Kappa.
