Clayton Gasho is an associate in Weil’s Mergers & Acquisitions practice and is based in New York. Clayton participates in the representation of public and private companies in mergers, acquisitions and divestitures.
Clayton has been part of the teams advising:
- A consortium led by Advent International and Corvex Private Equity in its approximately $1.3 billion take-private of Heidrick & Struggles International, Inc.
- Fox Corporation in its $22 billion acquisition of Roku
- Six Flags Entertainment in its $331 Million sale of Seven Parks to EPR Properties
Clayton received his J.D. from Columbia Law School and his B.A. from the University of Southern California.
