Caroline Granitur
Caroline Granitur is an associate in Weil's Capital Markets practice and is based in New York. Caroline participates in advising issuers, underwriters and private equity sponsors in connection with public and private offerings of securities and other capital markets transactions. She has been involved in investment grade and high-yield debt offerings as well as primary and secondary equity offerings.
Caroline has been part of the teams advising:
- American Securities and its portfolio company SOLV Energy, Inc. in a $621 million offering of Class A common stock
- Forgent Power Solutions, Inc. in its $1.51 billion initial public offering of its Class A common stock
- Morgan Stanley Senior Funding, Inc., KeyBank and Wells Fargo in providing commitments for a $2.85 billion senior unsecured 364-day bridge facility to support the acquisition by Cintas Corporation of UniFirst Corporation
- Shift4 Payments in issuance of $506 million add on 5.500% senior notes due 2033
- SOLV Energy, Inc. (a portfolio company of American Securities) in its $589 million initial public offering of 23,575,000 shares of Class A common stock (including the full exercise of the underwriters’ overallotment option) at a public offering price of $25.00 per share
Caroline received her J.D., cum laude, from Duke University School of Law, where she served as Senior Staff Editor of the Duke Journal of Constitutional Law & Public Policy. She received her B.A., summa cum laude, from Simmons College.
