Biography
Cameron Dorais is an associate in Weil’s Private Funds practice and is based in New York. Cameron participates in the representation of private investment fund sponsors in the formation, structuring and negotiation of their investment funds.
Cameron received his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center, where he served as Senior Staff Editor of The Georgetown Journal of Law & Public Policy. He received his B.A., summa cum laude, from the University of California, Los Angeles.
