Biography
Becki Steinberg is a partner in Weil’s Private Funds practice and is based in Boston. Becki participates in the representation of private investment fund sponsors in the formation, structuring and negotiation of their investment funds.
Becki received her J.D., cum laude, from New York University School of Law and her B.A., magna cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania.
