Avi Rubin
Avi Rubin is an associate in Weil’s Mergers & Acquisitions practice and is based in New York. Avi participates in the representation of public and private companies in mergers, acquisitions and divestitures.

Avi has been part of the teams advising:

  • Aman Group S.a.r.l. in its sale of a $900 million minority stake to Cain International and The Public Investment Fund, in a transaction that valued Aman at $3 billion
  • Jack Creek Investment Corp, a SPAC sponsored by KSH Capital, in its business combination with Bridger Aerospace Group Holdings, LLC, in a transaction that values Bridger at $869 million
  • Skillsoft Corporation in its $200 million sale of SumTotal

Avi joined Weil as a summer associate in 2020.

Avi received his J.D., with high honors and as a member of the Order of the Coif, from Emory University School of Law, where he graduated second in his class, served as a Notes and Comments Editor of the Emory Law Journal and completed the Transactional Law Certificate Program. Avi received his B.A., cum laude, from Washington University in St. Louis.
