Anish Mohanty
Anish Mohanty is an associate in Weil’s Banking & Finance practice in London, and a member of the European High Yield team. Anish regularly acts for private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, corporates and financial institutions on high-yield debt offerings and leveraged and acquisition finance transactions across the U.S. and European markets. He also has experience advising on bond restructurings, liability management transactions and private placements. Prior to joining Weil, Anish was a member of the U.S. Capital Markets team at another leading U.S. law firm in London.
