Amelia Le Coyte
Amelia is a private funds associate in London. She advises a diverse range of clients on all aspects of private funds work, with a primary focus on advising sponsors on establishing and operating private investment funds. She advises across a range of asset classes, including private equity, infrastructure, real estate and credit.
In addition to advising on fundraisings, Amelia also advises on the structuring and implementation of team incentive arrangements, secondary transactions and preferred equity transactions.
