Biography

Amanda Kadish is an associate in Weil’s Mergers & Acquisitions practice and is based in New York. Amanda participates in the representation of public and private companies in mergers, acquisitions and divestitures.
Amanda has been part of the teams advising:
- Allego Holding B.V. (n/k/a Allego N.V.) (a portfolio company of Meridiam Infrastructure Partners) in its $3.14 billion business combination with Spartan Acquisition Corp. III, a SPAC sponsored by Spartan Acquisition Sponsor III LLC (an affiliate of Apollo Global Management)
- Bridgeport Partners, together with Centerbridge Partners, in the $1.6 billion acquisition of Computer Services
- Dun & Bradstreet in its $7.7 billion sale to Clearlake Capital Group
- Halozyme Therapeutics, Inc. in its $960 million acquisition of Antares Pharma, Inc.
- NEOGEN Corporation in the bridge and bond financing for its $5.3 billion combination with the Food Safety business of 3M
Amanda received her J.D., cum laude, from Brooklyn Law School and her B.A. from Pitzer College, where she graduated with honors. While in law school Amanda received two CALI Awards and competed nationally with the Moot Court Honor Society. Amanda also served as an intern to the Honorable Margo K. Brodie of the Eastern District of New York.
