Alexandra is an experienced restructuring and special situations financing lawyer with over 10 years’ experience gained across private practice and in-house.
Her experience spans credit investments and products and she has acted on various high-profile restructurings, recapitalisation transactions and liability management exercises.
Alexandra brings key insight gained from her prior role on the buy-side, adopting a commercial and strategic approach. Prior to joining Weil, Alexandra was Principal and general counsel for the European corporate credit business at TPG Angelo Gordon, a division of TPG, one of the largest global alternative asset managers.
