Biography
Alec Tyminski is an associate in Weil’s Private Equity practice and is based in Boston. Alec participates in the representation of private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies with respect to mergers, acquisitions and divestitures.
Alec has been part of the teams advising:
- Advent International and Iodine Software in Iodine’s $1.25 billion sale to Waystar; and its $800 million sale of Lanteris Space Holdings
- Montagu Private Equity LLP in its acquisition of Tyber Medical LLC and combination with Intech and Resolve
Alec received his J.D., summa cum laude and Order of the Coif, from Boston College Law School, where he served on the Executive Board as Comments Editor for the Boston College Law Review, and his B.S., magna cum laude, from Tufts University.
