Akram Alhoribi is an associate in Weil’s Private Equity practice and is based in Boston. Akram participates in the representation of private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies with respect to mergers, acquisitions and divestitures.
Akram received his J.D., magna cum laude and Order of the Coif, from Fordham University School of Law, and his B.A., summa cum laude, from Stony Brook University.
