Weil’s launch of DealVision360, the Firm’s market-leading AI-enabled deal engine, has been named a finalist in the “Innovations in Dealmaking” category at the 2026 Legalweek Leaders in Tech Law Awards.

The tool is the industry’s most extensive private deal terms database, providing valuable, data-driven insights and market benchmarking capabilities. This marks the fourth honor DealVision360 has received in the last year.

It was “Commended” in the “Business of law – Knowledge and data” category at the 2025 Financial Times North America Innovative Lawyers Awards, shortlisted in the “Innovations: Firms” category at the New York Law Journal New York Legal Awards 2025 and was a finalist for “Best Use of Technology” at The American Lawyer Industry Awards 2025.

Winners will be announced at an awards ceremony in New York City on March 9.
