Partnerships Bulletin has given its 2026 “Best Transport Project” award to ViA15 Motorway PPP. Weil advised a consortium of 12 lenders, comprising commercial banks, institutional investors and the European Investment Bank, on a financing package for the design and construction of the A12/A15 Ressen-Oudbroeken (ViA15) project in the Netherlands.

This transaction underscores Weil’s leading expertise in advising complex lender groups on large‑scale, cross‑border financings in the European infrastructure market. ViA15 represents a critical national infrastructure investment, significantly enhancing connectivity in the Arnhem-Nijmegen region and completing the direct transport corridor between the Port of Rotterdam and Germany, one of Europe’s most important logistics routes.
