Vynessa Nemunaitis, Co-Managing Partner of Weil’s Dallas office and Banking & Finance partner, has been honored in D CEO’s “2026 Dallas 500” publication as one of the region’s most powerful business leaders.

D CEO’s editors produce the special annual publication after six months of research and interviews. It recognizes the most prominent business leaders in more than 50 industry categories for their contributions to Dallas-Fort Worth’s economy. Vynessa was included in the “Law – Managing Partners” subcategory.

Vynessa advises many of the world’s leading private equity firms, public and private companies and other investors in a variety of financial transactions. She focuses on finance transactions, including acquisition financing, investment-grade lending, leveraged lending, liability management transactions and restructuring transactions.

Additionally, Vynessa is active in pro bono, mentorship and advocating for inclusion. She is also the Hiring Partner for the Dallas office.
