Six Weil Private Equity clients were named “Rising Stars” at this year’s 19th Annual “Power of Women to Make a Difference” Awards Luncheon, hosted by United Way of New York City (UWNYC) and its Women United professional women’s network.

Together, Dawn Hu (Managing Director, Blackstone), Jessica Parry (Principal, Blackstone), Agnieszka Rafalska (Head of Legal M&A – North America, EQT Group), Ali Soloff (Vice President, TruArc), Arthi Sridharan (Deputy General Counsel, Providence Equity Partners) and Maddie Yudkin (Director, Astorg) were celebrated for their achievements as emerging women leaders who are contributing to their communities, their teams and their industries.

The awards luncheon, which took place on March 11th at the Ziegfeld Ballroom, convened more than 400 influential leaders from across New York City’s public, private and nonprofit sectors to recognize the honorees’ individual accomplishments. This signature event raised more than $1 million this year.
