Employment Practice Group Head John Barry has been named nationwide “Labor & Employment Litigator of the Year” at the 2026 Benchmark Litigation US Awards. John was one of six shortlisted for the honor.

Honorees were selected for their roles in some of the most significant cases of the year, spotlighting the lawyers and law firms behind them, as well as litigators who have helped set the standard in the field. The awards recognize leading litigators and their firms for exemplary work over the past twelve months.

Winners were announced at an awards ceremony in New York City on March 11.
